Sales & Customer Service Co-ordinator

Primary Purpose of the Role

Building amiable, long-term relationships with existing and new distributors that actively encourages business growth through new products and generic growth.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with distributors through open and interactive communication.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for customer orders and enquiries through to completion.
  • Process and acknowledge orders and quotations to agreed deadlines.
  • Recommend company products, negotiate, and quote in line with our distributors’ requirements.
  • Follow up all quotations through to order, providing regular feedback to Customer Service Manager
  • Upsell to existing customers, maximising profitability.
  • Build harmonious relationships with customers and work colleagues.
  • Consistently monitor sale trends and take action where required.
  • To be fully conversant with all systems used by Premier Limpet to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
  • Additional duties required to enhance the success and efficiency of the business.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Great Gransden, SG19 3BJ

Hours: Full Time

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Warehouse Operative based in Great Gransden.

The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-17.00pm.

Role Requirements

  • Forklift & warehouse experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, speed, and accuracy.
  • A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude.
  • Double-check your work as you go.
  • Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • The ability to accurately follow instructions.

Role Responsibilities

  • You’ll support our teams with a variety of work, from picking, packing, processing to stock control and quality assurance.
  • The role is physical and will include lifting, standing, and walking.
  • Re-palletising & labelling.
  • Accurately load parcels & pallets on vehicle
  • Provide quality service by following organisation standards.
  • Prepare orders for daily despatch.
  • Receive & check goods in and returns.
  • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Work well within the team.
  • Coordination.
  • Organization.
  • Time management.
  • Inventory control.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Comply with Company and Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Undertake other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Manager.
  • Work safely and accurately at speed, following instructions.
